What to Expect: During a reading you can expect to hear messages from loved ones on the other side, messages from guides and angels, and receive guidance on issues currently occurring in your life.

This is why Jennifer's focus is on translating and communicating the messages from the other side for people to help them grow personally and spiritually. How to Prepare for a Reading:

2.You will be asked to concentrate on the issues at hand, if you wish to contact loved ones, you will be asked to send up you thoughts and prayers to them, requesting that they come through. This really helps with the readings!

3.If you are trying to connect with a loved one from the other side, it helps if you bring a person item that used to belong to them with you to the reading. The energy from that item can help Jennifer to connect faster to that particular person.
|

4.Be prepared with tissue, a pen/pencil and paper for notes. You may feel free to record the session on your own, but please know that Jennifer's voice has been found to be absent from several recordings so notes are still highly suggested.

5.For phone readings, please find a quiet comfortable place where you can concentrate and are not apt to be interrupted. This helps the reading to go smoothly.

Healings 
|
What to Expect: During a Healing you can expect Jennifer will assist in your healing process through her use of white light (God/Universal Energy) and guidance from your angels/guides. (Approx. 30 Minutes)
First she will help you to find answers to why you have had physical health problems, emotional problems, and energetic blocks. Then she will use white light (God/Universal Energy) while being guided by your angels/guides to help with the healing process. Finally, she will try to explain to you why the problem existed and then council you on how to hopefully avoid it in the future. Jennifer is not medically trained, so the information she relays to you is based strictly on what she is being shown or told from the other side.
How it's done: Jennifer uses Medical Mediumship to find problems with your physical, emotional, and energetic health. This allows her to speak with your guides and angels to not only find the problem, but to allow them to work through her and guide her with white light healing energy (God/Universal Energy) specifically for you. She is shown health and energy problems in numerous ways...more commonly in a form of psychic 'x-ray vision', sometimes in the form of colors in a persons aura (more specifically around the problem area), and sometimes she is told directly from the other side what the problem is. The health issues can be presented to Jennifer in several dozen ways.

What to Expect: During a Clearing you can expect Jennifer to use her psychic abilities to guide her on how to clear your home or office with white light (God/Universal Energy). White Light Meditations 
|
What to Expect: During a meditation, Jennifer sends out White Light healing energy to everyone that sends their name to her. You can expect to feel emotionally and energetically lighter, less stressed, more focused, healthier and happier. White Light meditations can release blocks on energetic and physical levels, so drinking a lot of water is highly suggested after a session.
How it's done: With just a name, Jennifer is able to focus White Light energy towards each individual during a session. Energy is not bound by space or time. This fact allows Jennifer to send large amounts of white light energy to each individual participating in the meditation. Jennifer’s goal with ‘White Light Meditations’ is to assist in raising energy levels, strengthening psychic signature’s and to have the white light energy assist in each person’s unique ascension process.
How to Prepare for the Meditation: Jennifer provides this service with the sole purpose of helping people, so a fee is not charged. For those who want, donations are accepted. Love & Light :)

2. Before the Meditation starts you will need to drink at least 12 oz of water. Then find a quiet place to sit where you won’t be disturbed. Finally, when it is time for the meditation to start, close your eyes and focus on bringing in the ‘White Light’ energy that she is sending you. If you like, ask you guides and angels to help with the healing by sending up you thoughts and prayers to them, requesting that they come through. This really helps!

3. Be prepared with tissue, this energy can release different blocks including emotional, which could require a tissue. Also, have a pen/pencil and paper for notes. Sometimes you will receive messages while you are bringing in that much energy.

4. Again make sure that you drink plenty of water over the next few days to insure that anything that has been released and cleared is fully out of your system.

What to Expect: Learn how to read Tarot cards without the book. Jennifer will teach you how to recognize the signs and symbols in Tarot that will let your psychic intuition do the reading for you.
